Thinking of adding the following to my scenarios of FUBAR.

Low Grav: Troops can "JUMP" up to 12". Troops & vehicles risk being blown away into space.

LTE (Less Than Earth): Movement up to double.

GTE1: Movement cut in half.

GTE2: No foot movement. Vehicles only. Troops outside of a vehicle are pinned down.

I'll have to add this to the Generic Sci-Fi Supplement. :) Though Angel Barracks made a point (on the TMP thread)... not sure if you could even use infantry in a scenario with GTE2. Might have to be infantry not allowed; vehicles only; grav vehicles can only move or turn (but not both) in the same round.
